The McJunkin Profit Sharing Plan began in 1941. The McJunkin Corporation Profit Sharing and Savings Plan is a combination profit-sharing and 401(k) plan.

Our profit-sharing plan provides for employee contributions to be made for the benefit of the eligible employees based on operating results of the company.

The 401(k) component of the plan allows employees to defer wages to provide for retirement. The company will match a portion of the employee deferral. This 401(k) match is an addition to the profit-sharing contributions.

Vacations are accrued (or earned) based on employee’s length of service and time worked the preceding year. McJunkin Corporation observes nine (9) paid holidays and all full-time and part-time employees are paid their rate for these days.

Employees will receive pay for absences depending on the amount of sick time accumulated. “Sick days” are earned based on length of service with McJunkin.

McJunkin provides long-term disability insurance coverage and term group life coverage at no cost to the employee.
